Last week the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) sold USD 521.69 million on the interbank foreign exchange market.
The relevant data were posted on the NBU’s website, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
In particular, following the foreign exchange interventions, between August 8, 2022 and August 12, 2022, the NBU acquired USD 93.4 million and sold USD 521.69 million on the interbank foreign exchange market.
In general, since the beginning of 2022, the NBU has bought USD 2.876 billion and EUR 110.97 million on the interbank foreign exchange market, and sold USD 16.05 billion and EUR 1.789 billion.
A reminder that the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) bought USD 3.691 billion and sold USD 1.276 billion on the interbank foreign exchange market in 2021.
