At the slightest touch, they explode, the explosion is powerful. You can't even organize the collection of the garbage that washed up on the shore on your own. You need to contact specialists - pyrotechnics, explosives experts - to examine the area, and only after they give their opinion, you can turn on the goodwill and clean the coast," said Humeniuk.
