As many as 44 evacuation buses carrying about 2,000 citizens have left Izium, Kharkiv region.
Deputy Head of the Ukrainian President Office Kyrylo Shevchenko wrote on Telegram, Ukrinform reported.
"44 evacuation buses carrying about 2,000 people have left Izium," he wrote.
According to Tymoshenko, further evacuation to Dnipro will be provided for people at their request.
He also added that the humanitarian cargo with food products and essentials was delivered to the city.
Earlier, it was reported that the evacuation from Izium would be carried out to Lozova.
