Oleksiy Arestovych, a non-staff adviser to the Head of the Ukrainian President’s Office, said this at a briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
"According to our command, out of more than 90 battalion tactical groups the enemy has used in Ukraine since February 24, more than 30 have been destroyed or lost combat capability. That is, we have defeated a third of the enemy's troops," Arestovych said.
According to him, now the enemy is trying to carry out the so-called mobilization among the population of the temporarily occupied territories, the so-called "LPR/DPR", Crimea, the Caucasus, as well as in Russia itself.
"They are trying to create a group of 10-15, up to 20,000 people and in a couple of weeks to throw them back to the front, trying to change the situation," Arestovych said.
However, according to him, these forces are incompetent.
