The Ukrainian Armed Forces have destroyed 12 air targets of the enemy over the past 24 hours.
According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Air Force Command reported this on its Facebook page.
"On March 18, the Ukrainian Air Force hit ten air targets. Two more targets were destroyed by the air defense units of the Ground Forces," the statement said.
In particular, Ukrainian air defense units have destroyed two aircraft, three helicopters, three UAVs and four cruise missiles over the past day.
On February 24, Russian President Putin announced the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops have been shelling and destroying critical infrastructure, residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, multiple rocket launchers and ballistic missiles.
