Currently, over 500,000 Ukrainians have been forcibly taken to the Russian Federation.

The relevant statement was made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during his speech in the Parliament of Estonia, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“As of today, over 500,000 Ukrainians have been forcibly deported. Just imagine how many it is! It is as if the occupiers decided to take the entire Tallinn away. The entire city. It is one-third of your population,” Zelensky told.

In his words, Russians are attempting to take the deported Ukrainians to Russia’s remote regions, taking away their documents and personal belongings, namely mobile phones.

According to the President of Ukraine, Russians separate Ukrainian children from their parents and are planning to allow Russian families to illegally adopt them.

A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated a full-scale invasion, starting a war. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities, launching missile and air strikes on residential areas in Ukrainian cities and villages, torturing and murdering civilians.
