This was announced at the Ukraine Media Center by Volodymyr Demchuk, Deputy Head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, according to Ukrinform.
“Participation in INSARAG has allowed the State Emergency Service of Ukraine to join the European network of rescuers without additional certification and to participate in emergency response operations around the world.
