A documentary photography exhibition “Saving the Capital”, dedicated to the work of rescuers during the full-scale war, has opened at the Taras Shevchenko National Museum in Kyiv.

According to Ukrinform, the exhibition was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The exhibition introduces visitors to the story of the struggle to save human lives during the most difficult trials, the aftermath of Russian attacks, and events that have changed but not broken the Ukrainian capital.

Ivan Rushchak, Deputy Head of the Kyiv Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, thanked the photographers and noted that every image in the exhibition captures Ukrainian reality without embellishment, helping preserve the events depicted in the photographs in the collective memory of society.
