According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, on Telegram.
"We have 52 victims, almost 30 of whom are in hospitals. Among them are nine children. Unfortunately, the number will continue to grow. Two Kyiv residents were killed as a result of a targeted strike by Russian terrorists. This is also probably not the final number," he wrote.
Later, Timur Tkachenko updated the information about casualties; two people died in the Solomianskyi District.
In total, Kyiv has suffered the consequences of a Russian combined attack on more than 27 locations. The Solomyanskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Holosiivskyi districts were particularly affected.
“There are already 48 victims in the capital. Twenty-nine of them are in hospitals,” Mayor Vitali Klytschko announced on Telegram.
Earlier, Klitschko reported “27 victims in the capital. Seventeen of them were hospitalized by medics. The others were treated on an outpatient basis or site.”
The Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, reported that there was one fatality, whose body was extracted by rescuers. Tkachenko later reported that the Russians had taken the lives of two people.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky posted a video of the missile strike on a building in Kyiv.
Earlier, Klytschko reported 20 casualties. “Currently, 20 city residents are known to have been injured. Eight of them were hospitalized by medics. Others were treated on the spot. Ambulance crews continue to work at the scene,” the report said.
