The Russian aggressor lost about 12,000 troops between February 24 and March 10, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has said on Facebook.
In addition, the enemy lost 335 tanks, 1,105 armored fighting vehicles, 123 artillery systems, 56 multiple launch rocket systems, 29 air defense systems, 49 aircraft, 81 helicopters, 526 vehicles, three ships/boats, 60 fuel tanks, and seven UAVs of the operational and tactical level.
Data are being specified. The calculation is complicated by the high intensity of hostilities.
Vadym Denysenko, an adviser to the Ukrainian interior minister, said earlier that in the early hours of March 10, the Ukrainian army counter-attacked Russian troops near Kyiv and hit five tanks.
