Following Russia's strikes on energy facilities, the most difficult situation is in Kyiv, Kharkiv, the Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsia regions, and parts of the Chernivtsi region.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in his nightly video address, Ukrinform reports.

"The most difficult situation after the strike is in Kyiv, the Kyiv region, in Kharkiv and the region, in particular in the city of Lozova. Also in central Ukrainian regions, primarily in the Dnipropetrovsk region, as well as in the Vinnytsia region and parts of the Chernivtsi region," Zelensky said.

He added that the strikes took place throughout the day and on the evening of February 3, and that all available resources have now been mobilized for restoration efforts.

"It is important that government officials provide maximum assistance to regional and local authorities with equipment and reserves. Every leader on the ground must act quickly enough. There is simply no time to wait," Zelensky said.
