Russian invaders fired on the border settlements of the Chernihiv region for the second time on Monday, May 16.
According to Ukrinform, the Operational Command North said this on Facebook.
"At about 12:00, observers recorded one more shelling attack against the settlement of Mykolaivka from Russian territory. In total, about 30 explosions were recorded from 09:20 to 12:10," the statement said.
At about 12:20, seven explosions were recorded outside the settlement of Hremiach after Russian mortar shelling.
There are no losses among Ukrainian defenders.
Early on May 16, the Russian army fired on border settlements in the Sumy and Chernihiv regions.
