In Kyiv region, the bodies of more than 1,300 civilians killed by Russian invaders were exhumed, and the identities of more than 200 people remain unknown.
"Ukrainians shot and tortured by Russians are still being found in Kyiv region. As of now, more than 1,300 bodies of civilians have been exhumed," the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine posted on Facebook.
After the investigative activities were carried out at the burial site, the bodies of the victims were sent to the morgue for forensic examination.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, more than 200 bodies have not been identified yet.
As reported, more than 10 mass graves have been found in Kyiv region, but these data are not final.
