UAV debris hits non-residential building in Solomianskyi, causes fire, one dead

During an air strike, debris from a UAV hit an uninhabited building in the Solomianskyi district, causing a fire and injuring one person.

This was reported on Telegram by Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko, according to Ukrinform.

"In the Solomianskyi district, preliminary reports indicate that debris hit an uninhabited building. Emergency services are heading to the scene," he wrote. 

The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, reported a fire at the site where the Shahed debris fell.

“The roof of a non-residential building is on fire in the Solomianskyi district,” the post says. 

Later, Vitalii Klitschko wrote about the victim of the attack. 

“There is currently one victim in the Solomianskyi district. Medical personnel are examining him,” the mayor's Telegram channel reported.

As reported by Ukrinform, Ukraine is under massive attack by enemy UAVs, and air raid alerts have been declared in a number of regions.
