SpaceX continues to enforce a speed limit of 161 km/h for Starshield terminals (the "military package") while in motion. Actual restrictions were significantly tighter throughout the day.

Sources in Ukraine's Ministry of Defense told Ukrinform.

At the same time, the ministry noted that connection quality has improved at speeds of up to 160 km/h.

"The Ministry of Defense continues to communicate with partners and SpaceX to ensure stable service conditions and prevent sudden restrictions," the source said.

As Ukrinform previously reported, Serhii "Flash" Beskrestnov, a freelance presidential adviser on technology, said SpaceX had introduced speed restrictions for Starlink terminals operating while in motion overnight without prior warning to Ukraine's Defense Forces.

The Ministry of Defense also reported that the Starlink restrictions detected overnight had complicated the operation of unmanned systems, logistics, and the Defense Forces' middle-strike capabilities.
