Ukrinform reports this, citing a post Sikorski published on X.
Sikorski responded ironically to reports that SpaceX had limited the operating speed of Starlink terminals while in motion, an issue that has affected Ukraine's Defence Forces.
"Hey, Elon Musk, big man, are you playing politics with your products again?" the Polish minister wrote.
"As your European customers, we are watching you," the official added.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Serhii "Flash" Beskrestnov, a freelance adviser to the Ukrainian President on technological issues, said that SpaceX had introduced restrictions on the operating speed of Starlink terminals while moving overnight without prior warning to Ukraine's Defence Forces.
In March 2025, Sikorski and Musk engaged in a public online dispute over funding for and the operation of Starlink terminals in Ukraine.
The Polish foreign minister wrote on social media that Poland pays for Ukraine's Starlink terminals and their subscription fees. He warned that Poland would seek another provider if SpaceX proved to be an unreliable supplier.

Musk also said he opposed the grinding meatgrinder in which Ukraine would inevitably lose, calling for immediate peace.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio responded to Sikorski, stating that no one had threatened to disconnect Ukraine from Starlink.
Rubio added that the Polish foreign minister should say thank you, arguing that without Starlink, Ukraine would have lost the war long ago and Russian forces would now be on Poland's border.
Musk went further in his response to Sikorski, calling the Polish foreign minister a "little man" and telling him to "be quiet." He also argued that Warsaw pays only a small portion of the total cost and that there is no replacement for Starlink terminals.
