That’s according to Serhiy Popko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.
"After a 51-day pause, the enemy launched another missile attack on Kyiv. (The latest missile strike targeting the capital was on March 9, 2023). According to the reports that are being verified, Russia employed strategic bombers to launch the strike. As per tentative reports, 11 cruise missiles were destroyed in Kyiv’s airspace," official wrote on Telegram.

Residential blocks have not been affected, according to the official, who added that the reports on the aftermath of the strike are being further clarified.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, an air raid alert was announced across Ukraine as of 4:20 overnight Friday, April 28.
