War update: 127 clashes along frontline, Pokrovsk sector remains hottest

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in its operational update at 22:00 on June 23, 2025 via Facebook.

“Since the beginning of the day, there have been 127 combat clashes. The enemy launched three missile and 19 airstrikes, used 17 missiles, and dropped 37 guided aerial bombs (GABs). Additionally, they deployed 1,004 kamikaze drones and conducted 4,252 shellings of populated areas and our troop positions,” the post reads.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Ukrainian forces repelled six enemy assaults; two clashes are still ongoing.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, the enemy attempted four assaults near Dvorichna, Vovchanski Khutory, Krasne Pershe, and Fyholivka. All attacks were repelled. Aerial strikes hit the area of Ozerne.

In the Kupiansk sector, the Ukrainian defenders repelled four assaults near Kindrashivka, Kruhliakivka, and toward Pishchane and Petropavlivka.

In the Lyman sector, 21 enemy attacks were repelled near Tverdokhlibove, Ridkodub, Karpivka, Kolodiazi, Hrekivka, Zelena Dolyna, Novyi Mir, and Olhivka. One clash is still ongoing.

In the Siversk sector, the enemy made one assault attempt near Hryhorivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, the Ukrainian defenders repelled 10 assaults near Novomarkove, Chasiv Yar, Mykolaivka, Stupochky, Pryvillia, and Bondarne. Another clash continues.

In the Toretsk sector, 24 Russian attacks were launched near Dyliivka, Shcherbynivka, Petrivka, Yablunivka, Rusyn Yar, and Pleshchiivka. All were successfully repelled.

In the Pokrovsk sector, the Russians conducted 49 attacks near Promin, Novotoretske, Myroliubivka, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Novoserhiivka, Udachne, Myrnohrad, Oleksiivka, Malynivka, Koptieve, and toward Shahove, Volodymyrivka, Molodetske, Serhiivka, Novopavlivka. One battle is still ongoing. Airstrikes hit Poltavka, Malynivka, Novotoretske, Razine, and Pokrovsk.

Ukrainian forces reportedly eliminated 111 Russian troops and wounded 78 more. They destroyed 17 vehicles, a satellite communication terminal, and a Konkurs anti-tank missile system.

In the Novopavlivka sector, 14 Russian attacks were repelled near Bahatyr, Novosilka, Zaporizhzhia, Perebudova, Komar, Myrne, Shevchenko, Vilne Pole, and toward Voskresenka. Three other clashes are still ongoing. Voskresenka was hit by airstrikes.

In the Orikhiv sector, airstrike was recorded near Mala Tokmachka.

In the Prydniprovske sector, six enemy assaults were repelled.

In the Huliaipole and Orikhiv sectors, no active enemy offensive actions were recorded.

As Ukrinform previously reported, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck the Atlas oil depot used to supply Russian military fuel and lubricants.
