Over the past day, one civilian was killed and two more were injured in the Russian shelling of Kharkiv city and region.
"Over the past 24 hours, the enemy hit Kyivsky district of Kharkiv city. At night, several shells were shot at Mala Danylivka. One person was injured in Slatyne town, another one – in Balakliya town. Unfortunately, a 65-year-old woman was killed in Slatyn," Head of the Regional Military Civil Administration Oleh Synehubov posted on Telegram.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine hold the defense and inflict losses on the enemy. In Kharkiv region, the Air Assault Forces shot down an enemy Ka-52 combat helicopter.
As reported, fighting continues in Kharkiv region, the enemy tries to hold the positions and prevent further advance of Ukrainian troops.
