Death toll in Russia’s missile attack on Odesa Region rises to 21

The number of civilians killed in Russia’s missile attack on the village of Serhiyivka, Odesa Region, has increased to 21.

The relevant statement was made by Advisor to the Head of Odesa Regional Military Administration Serhii Bratchuk during a nationwide telethon, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“One more person has been added to the death toll. Hence, now we have such a sad score of 21,” Bratchuk said.

In his words, a 12-year-old boy is among those killed.

A reminder that, on the night of July 1, 2022, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Serhiyivka, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District, Odesa Region. The enemy missiles hit a 9-storey apartment block and a recreation center. Children and a pregnant woman were reported among those injured.
