Ukraine Army destroys Russia’s howitzer artillery battalion together with personnel

The artillery units of the Ukrainian Air Assault and Ground Forces have destroyed a Russian howitzer artillery battalion together with personnel, as well as enemy motor vehicles and ammunition load.
The relevant statement was made by the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Thanks to the accurate and coordinated interaction, a howitzer artillery battalion (excluding one howitzer battery) was destroyed: eight 152-mm 2A65 Msta-B howitzers, battalion personnel, motor vehicles, ammunition load and fortification structures of Russian occupiers,” the report states.
A reminder that, between February 24, 2022 and July 22, 2022, Russia’s total combat losses in Ukraine reached about 39,000 troops.
