Zelensky rules out any territorial compromises with Russia in exchange for peace deal

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has ruled out giving up any of his country’s territory in a potential peace deal with Russia.
Zelensky said this in an interview with the BBC, Ukrinform reports.
"We chose this path. We want security guarantees. Any territorial compromises would make us weaker as a state,” he stressed.
According to Zelensky, today, the survival for Ukrainians is unity, while Western weapons will bring peace closer.
The head of state also noted that Ukraine would not make territorial compromises with Russia, especially with Putin, who is not trusted at all.
"The question is with whom? With Putin? No. Because there's no trust. Dialogue with him? No. Because there's no trust,” Zelensky said.
As Ukrinform reported, in his traditional evening address, Volodymyr Zelensky outlined priorities for Ukraine.
