Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"I had a conversation with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Charles Q. Brown. We discussed the situation on the frontline and the urgent needs of our troops in weapons, military equipment, and ammunition," he wrote.

As reported, Syrskyi visited the units fighting in the eastern part of Ukraine.
