War update: 128 clashes on frontline, one-third in Pokrovsk sector

This information was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 22:00 on March 13, 2025, via Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

"Throughout the day, the terrorist state launched 76 airstrikes, deploying 101 guided aerial bombs. Additionally, the invaders used 1,043 kamikaze drones and conducted approximately 5,000 artillery shellings on Ukrainian positions and civilian areas," the statement reads.

In the Kharkiv sector, Russian forces attacked five times near Vovchansk, Krasne Pershe, and Doroshivka, with three clashes still ongoing. Airstrikes hit Hraniv and Kozacha Lopan.

In the Kupiansk sector, three Russian assaults near Holubivka, Zahryzove, and Bohuslavka were repelled.

In the Lyman sector, the Ukrainian defenders repelled 14 Russian attacks near Torske, Yampolivka, Zelena Dolyna, Hryhorivka, Nove, and Novomykhailivka, with four clashes still underway.

In the Siversk sector, seven Russian assaults near Verkhniokamianske and Bilohorivka were repelled.

In the Kramatorsk sector, one enemy attack near Chasiv Yar was successfully repelled.

In the Toretsk sector, Ukrainian forces repelled 11 out of 13 Russian attacks near Toretsk and Druzhba, with two clashes ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk sector, the enemy launched 41 attacks on Ukrainian positions near Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Lysivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Uspenivka, Novooleksandrivka, Novoserhiivka, Kotliarivka, Oleksiivka, and Andriivka, with six battles still ongoing.

Russian aviation struck with guided bombs in Pokrovsk, Oleksandropil, Hrodivka, Sukhyi Yar, Novopavlivka, Novoukrainka, Zvirove, Leontovychi, and Oleksiivka.

According to tentative data, Russian losses in the Pokrovsk sector include: 344 Russian soldiers killed or wounded, three mortars, two artillery guns, eight vehicles, 11 motorcycles, one self-propelled artillery system, eight satellite communication terminals, four UAV control points, and two electronic warfare systems destroyed. Additionally the Ukrainian defenders hit three enemy command posts.

In the Novopavlivka sector, three Russian attacks near Kostiantynopil were repelled.

In the Huliaipole sector, the Ukrainian defenders thwarted five Russian assaults near Novosilka and Novopil, with one battle still ongoing. Airstrikes targeted Novopil, Zaliznychne, Huliaipole, Shevchenko, and Vilne Pole.

In the Orikhiv sector, six Russian attacks near Stepove, Piatykhatky, Vilne Pole, Rivnopil, Shcherbaky, and Kamianske were repelled, while eight clashes are still ongoing. Airstrikes hit Novoandriivka and Mala Tokmachka.

In the Prydniprovske sector, the Russians did not conduct offensives, but an airstrike targeted Lvove.

In Russia’s Kursk region, the Ukrainian defenders repelled 14 attacks, while seven battles are still ongoing. The enemy launched 29 airstrikes, using 45 guided bombs, and fired 183 artillery shells.

As previously reported, Sweden has announced a USD 300 million military aid package for Ukraine.
