According to Ukrinform, this was reported by Reuters, citing the UK Prime Minister's remarks during a visit to a nuclear submarine facility.
Starmer's statement came against the backdrop of a meeting of military chiefs from dozens of countries in the UK, where they had veen discussing plans for the possible deployment of peacekeeping forces in Ukraine.
"(Our) plans are focusing on keeping the sky safe, the sea safe and the border safe and secure in Ukraine, and working with the Ukrainians," Starmer told reporters.
He emphasized that London and its allies are working "at pace" since it is uncertain whether a there will be a deal.
"I certainly hope there will be, but if there's a deal, it's really important that we're able to react straight away," he stated.

On March 15, Starmer announced that military chiefs would meet in the UK on Thursday to develop concrete plans for supporting a future peace deal.
