This was announced by Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA) Tymur Tkachenko on Telegram, as reported by Ukrinform.
"We must move faster. Almost every family that has lost or injured loved ones has someone in the Defense Forces. Our relatives are protecting us far from home, at the front. We must protect people here. We must be a reliable rear. The Cabinet of Ministers has now issued all necessary resolutions to allow the creation of AD groups in communities based on VTDU," Tkachenko wrote.
He noted that he has already issued the necessary orders at the city level to begin forming and training personnel.
"We will use new technologies and train our people to use them. We must move faster," added the KCMA chief.
