Future NATO’s top general in Europe: Ukraine can win this war

He stated this during a Senate hearing on Tuesday, Ukrinform reports with reference to USA Today.

"I think Ukraine can win," Air Force Lieutenant General Alexus Grynkewich said in testimony at his June 24 Senate confirmation hearing. "I think any time your own homeland is threatened, you fight with a tenacity that's difficult for us to conceive of."

According to the US Air Force officer, Ukraine is demonstrating determination and resilience in the fight, which has been going on for more than three years of full-scale Russian invasion.

As Ukrinform reported, U.S. President Donald Trump has nominated U.S. Air Force Lieutenant General Alexus Hrynkewicz to be the next top general in Europe.
