In Cherkasy, six people were injured as a result of a Russian drone attack, and part of the city has been left without electricity.

As reported by Ukrinform, this was announced on Telegram by Head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration Ihor Taburets.

According to him, overnight, the enemy carried out a massive attack on the regional center using strike drones.

Six people sought medical assistance. “Fortunately, there are no severe injuries,” Taburets noted.

The Russians targeted critical infrastructure, leaving part of Cherkasy without power. Energy workers are continuing restoration efforts.

As a result of UAV debris falling at several locations, at least 15 private houses were damaged. Inspections are ongoing. “Windows and roofs were damaged, and there were fires. Windows were also blown out at a sports complex. Some vehicles were damaged,” the regional administration head said.

All necessary services are working at the scene, Taburets added.
