A total of 162 information protection measures applied in DELTA were analyzed. The system is built with modern tech, meeting cyber protection requirements.
This achievement by the MoD Innovation Center was thanks to its cooperation with the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, Security Service, BRDO nonprofit, and 100% Life charity.
According to the head of cybersecurity regulator, Yuriy Myronenko, the path taken by DELTA will serve as an example for other complex systems, both combat and non-combat.
The next step is the commissioning of DELTA by Ukraine’s Defense Forces. The system shall be widely distributed among combat units to ensure a technological edge over the enemy.
DELTA, a system developed for, and by, the military, is the largest Ukrainian integration platform and national data lake that operates in the cloud. It is unique in its ability to create situational awareness tools, such as a digital map platform that allows for manual information input or integration with various sensors, trackers, radars, and satellite providers. This enables users to track the location of friendly forces and identify enemy positions.
