In August, Ukrainian forces destroyed 63 Russian tanks, 148 ammo depots in eastern sector

According to Ukrinform, these figures were reported on Telegram by the press service of the Dnipro Operational and Strategic Group of Forces.

“Total losses of the Russian army on the eastern front—in the area of responsibility of the Dnipro Operational and Strategic Group of Forces—for August were as follows: personnel – 21,668; tanks – 63; armored fighting vehicles – 102; artillery and mortars – 805; anti-tank weapons – 5; multiple launch rocket systems – 16; heavy flamethrower systems – 3; electronic warfare equipment – 124; and air defense systems – 4,” the statement reads.

Additionally, the Defense Forces destroyed 1,948 units of motor vehicles, 1,013 units of specialized equipment, 731 UAV command posts, 4,972 shelters, 148 ammunition depots, and 71 fuel and lubricants storage facilities.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, during the past week alone on the eastern front, the Defense Forces eliminated 4,773 enemy personnel, 17 tanks, 34 AFVs, and other weapons and military equipment.
