According to Ukrinform, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.
From 18:00 on Tuesday, December 2, the enemy launched 111 strike UAVs – Shahed, Gerbera, and other types – from the directions of Kursk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), Chauda (temporarily occupied Crimea). More than 60 of them were Shahed-type drones.
The aerial attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare teams, drone units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
As of 08:00 on Wednesday, December 3, air defense systems shot down or suppressed 83 drones in northern, southern, and eastern Ukraine.
As many as 27 strike drones hit targets at 13 locations, and debris from intercepted drones fell at one additional location. Civilian infrastructure and private homes in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Odesa regions suffered the most damage. There are civilian casualties.
