Russia must be brought to justice for its crimes in Ukraine at all levels: both individually and at the level of the entire country.

That’s according to President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, who noted this in his latest address to the nation, Ukrinform reports.

"Had not Moscow decided to launch this aggression, this terror, thousands and thousands of people would have been alive now. And that is why it is so important to hold Russia to full and fair account at all levels. And at an individual level – to hold every war criminal, every terrorist accountable. Also, at the level of the entire terrorist state – this implies their assets and capabilities," he said.

Zelensky noted that Russia should feel and remember forever that it’s the aggressor who will ultimately lose the most because of aggression they unleashed.
