Russia has lost an estimated 1,436,100 troops in its full-scale war against Ukraine since February 24, 2022, including 1,410 killed or wounded over the past 24 hours. 

The updated figures were published by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook and reported by Ukrinform.

According to the General Staff, Russia's total combat losses as of July 22, 2026, also include: 12,201 tanks (+10), 25,000 armored combat vehicles (+6), 46,646 artillery systems (+76), 1,968 multiple launch rocket systems (+7), 1,516 air defense systems (+1), 439 aircraft (+1), 354 helicopters, 2,006 ground robotic systems (+12), 425,240 operational-tactical UAVs (+1,652), 4,938 cruise missiles (+2), 34 warships and boats, 2 submarines, 124,787 vehicles and fuel tankers (+544), 4,454 units of special military equipment (+1).

The General Staff noted that the figures are being updated.

As Ukrinform previously reported, 178 combat engagements had taken place along the front line over the past day.
