Armed Forces of Ukraine repel enemy attacks near 17 settlements

This is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06:00, January 13, published on Facebook.

Over the past 24 hours, the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled Russian attacks near Stelmakhivka, Makiivka, Bilohorivka in Luhansk region; Spirne, Rozdolivka, Sil, Krasna Hora, Pidhorodne, Bakhmut, Klishchiivka, Predtechyne, Kurdiumivka, Vodiane, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Marinka, and Velyka Novosilka in Donetsk region.

The enemy launched five missile attacks on Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, and Zaporizhzhia, as well as 18 airstrikes and 52 MLRS attacks.

No signs of the formation of the enemy offensive groups were detected in Volyn, Polissia, Sivershchyna, and Slobozhanshchyna directions. Certain units of the armed forces of Belarus and Russia continue to perform tasks in the areas bordering Ukraine.

In Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna directions, the enemy struck the areas of Senkivka and Karpovychi settlements in Chernihiv region; Porokhon and Bachivsk in Sumy region; Strilecha, Zelene, Ternova, Starytsia, Ohirtseve, Hatyshche, Vovchansk, Chuhunivka and Ridkodub in Kharkiv region.

In Kupyansk direction, the areas of Dvorichna, Zapadne, Synkivka, Orlianka, Kyslivka, Kotliarivka, Kolisnykivka, Berestove, Bohuslavka, Ivanivka in Kharkiv region and Stelmakhivka in Luhansk region were hit.

In Lyman direction, the enemy shelled Hrekivka, Makiivka, Nevske, Chervonopopivka, Dibrova in Luhansk region.

In Bakhmut direction, Spirne, Bilohorivka, Rozdolivka, Soledar, Krasna Hora, Paraskoviivka, Pidhorodne, Bakhmut, Klishchiivka, Kurdiumivka, Ozarianivka, Druzhba, and Pivnichne in Donetsk region came under enemy fire.

In Avdiivka direction, the enemy struck Krasnohorivka, Avdiivka, Marinka, and Novomykhailivka.

In Novopavlivka direction, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, and Zolota Nyva in Donetsk region came under enemy fire.

In Zaporizhzhia direction, the enemy fired tanks, mortars, tube and rocket artillery on the areas of Vremivka and Vilne Pole settlements in Donetsk region and Huliaypole, Zaliznychne, Huliaypilske, Chervone, Charivne, Bilohirya, Mala Tokmachka, Orikhiv, and Kamyanske in Zaporizhzhia region.

In Kherson direction, Antonivka and Kherson were hit with mortars and artillery.

The Russian occupiers continue to put pressure on the population of the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region who refuse to cooperate with the occupation authorities.

In some settlements of Melitopol district of Zaporizhzhia region, the enemy takes filtration measures. During the inspection, the occupiers pay special attention to people’s phones, looking for confirmation of cooperation with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It became known that civilian overalls with "Rosneft" and "Elektrostal" logos were ordered for the personnel of one of the Russian units operating in Novopavlivka direction in Volnovakha district, Donetsk region. It is obvious that the enemy is trying to conceal affiliation with the Russian-occupation forces for a certain purpose.

Over the past day, Ukraine’s Air Forces launched 16 strikes on enemy clusters and five more strikes on the positions of the enemy anti-aircraft missile systems.

The Ukrainian troops also shot down an enemy Su-25 aircraft and an Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicle.

Ukrainian missile and artillery units hit three command posts, 12 enemy manpower and military equipment clusters, S-300 missile system, three ammunition depots, as well as three other important objects of the occupiers.
