The Operational Command North wrote this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"[Ukrainian] forces of a military unit of the Operational Command North continue to successfully perform the tasks in the Chernihiv direction. Due to the skillful actions of tank forces, the enemy lost armored vehicles and manpower, the so-called ‘liberators’. Among the losses are nine units of armored fighting vehicles, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers and about 50 servicemen of the occupying army," the report says.
As earlier reported, the Ukrainian army regained control of five populated areas in Chernihiv region.
