President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky emphasizes that such sanctions should be imposed on the Russian Federation so that every Russian soldier knows the price of every shot at peaceful Ukrainian citizens.

“Such sanctions against Russia are needed so that every Russian soldier knows the price of every shot at civilians. We need such principles of European business that the Russian state does not have the money to ruin lives,” President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said in his address to the Europeans.

Zelensky called on the Europeans to put pressure on the companies in their countries to leave Russia and stop financing this war.

He also urged people in Europe to tell their politicians about the need to close the sky over Ukraine from Russian missiles and planes.

On February 24, Russian president Putin announced the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops invaded simultaneously from the north, east, and Crimea. They destroy cities, kill civilians, fire on and ruin key infrastructure facilities, and hit residential houses with missiles.

Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced. The Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the support of the entire nation, courageously resist the aggression.
