The shelling does not subside," Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai posted on Facebook.
He noted that rescuers were waiting for ceasefire and would immediately go to help people.
In Severodonetsk, rescuers put out a large-scale fire in an area of over 3,000 square meters. There are no casualties, Haidai informed.
On February 24, Russian president Putin announced the beginning of a large-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops shell and destroy key infrastructure, missiles hit residential buildings.
