Zelensky, Michel discuss steps on Ukraine's movement towards EU membership

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and European Council President Charles Michel have discussed steps on Ukraine's movement towards its membership of the European Union.
Zelensky said this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.
"On the eve of the special meeting of the European Council on May 30-31, continued dialogue with Charles Michel. Aid to Ukraine will be a cross-cutting issue. Coordinated steps to strengthen sanctions, food security, rebuild Ukraine and move towards EU membership," he said.
