Valentyn Reznichenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"An unquiet night and an unquiet morning. We have several strikes. Serious destruction," he said.
According to him, rescuers are dismantling the rubble and looking for people.
Novomoskovsk Mayor Serhii Rieznik also said explosions were heard in Dnipro.
"In the morning there were reports of explosions in Dnipro. We are waiting for official information from the military administration," he wrote.
