In the morning of May 29, 2022, the Russian military again opened fire on border areas in Sumy Region.
The relevant statement was made by the North Operational Command on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“At about 07:35 a.m., witnesses spotted about 20 projectiles fired from the territory of Russia at the village of Boyaro-Lezhachi,” the report states.
According to the North Operational Command, the personnel and equipment remained unharmed.
A reminder that, on May 28, 2022, Russian troops fired unguided missiles from an aircraft and launched mortar strikes from the territory of Russia on border areas in Sumy Region.
